CUHAS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The University firmly believes that effective mentorship is linked to students’
academic success. Faculty are assigned a maximum of thirteen students
each, guiding them throughout their academic journey. Following a holistic
approach, their responsibilities include acting as mentors, counselors,
advisors, and advocates.
Before engaging in this relationship, the mentor and mentees should also
discuss confidentiality. This relationship often involves both parties sharing
personal information with someone they trust. The mentor and mentee
should discuss how the privacy concept applies to various scenarios in their
professional relationship.
