Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the university's ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and data centers. Monitoring and managing performance, capacity, and security.

Managing enterprise systems including student information system, learning management system, email servers, and collaboration platforms. Administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Providing technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students on ICT-related issues. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance ICT literacy.

Implementing and enforcing cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital assets. Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
